Breakfast Seminar – Cost checking in Major Programmes

We really enjoyed our first Breakfast Seminar at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Moorgate last week. (Thursday 23 March 2017)

The content was all around cost checking in major programmes: enhanced confidence or a waste of money?

As well as sharing lots of real life examples of how the traditional, substantiation approach to cost-checking can miss big issues we went on to outline an alternative cost effective, best practice, risk based approach which is used by The Orange Partnership.

Thank you to all those who attended. We hope this will be the first of many seminars we hold.  If anyone who couldn’t make it would like to know more or see a copy of the presentation please let us know.
