ISO 9001 BSI audit – the tables were turned

The tables were turned yesterday when we were audited by BSI for our ISO 9001 Quality Management System accreditation.

After 7 hours of probing questioning during which time we were required to:

  • Have our working papers and processes reviewed, tested and interrogated
  • Evidence our continuous improvement and lessons learnt process
  • Free up team members to be interviewed
  • Demonstrate compliance with all areas of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality standard

I am pleased to say we passed with flying colours. No non-conformances, observations or areas for improvement. So well worth the effort.

For all those contractors we have audited down the years, I am sure this would have been a moment to enjoy!
