This Christmas and in 2022 we are delighted to be supporting a cause that really matters to us and encouraging the creative teaching of maths in Primary Schools.
Schools have been hard hit once again in 2021. According to recent research youngest pupils have experienced the biggest drop in their learning, and maths was the subject most affected by the disruption.
Through the support of our amazing clients over the past year, we are delighted to be able to help address this, albeit in a very small way.
Collaborating with Primary Schools where we work
For the last few months we have been working with the Head Teachers and staff at 7 schools across the UK to devise the best approach for the support we offer this year. We hope you will be as pleased as we are with our two-pronged plan:
- A generous donation to each school to support the creative teaching of maths
- Introducing a range of The Orange Partnership “Young Maths Hero” Awards, each bespoke to the schools’ particular objectives. These will be presented to the young maths heroes at the end of the academic year
